When you place an order we collect only what we need to prepare and confirm it:

• Your order details — items, options, quantities, pickup time, and any notes you add.

We do notcollect or store your payment card number. Card payments are handled entirely by Clover's hosted checkout (see "Payments" below).

How we use your information

• To prepare, confirm, and fulfill your order.
• To send you an order receipt and to notify our team of the order.
• To contact you if we have a question about your order.

Payments

Payments are processed by Cloverthrough its hosted checkout. Your card details are entered on Clover's secure payment page and are never received or stored by us. Clover's handling of your payment information is governed by Clover's own privacy policy.

Service providers

We share information only with the providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

• Clover — payment processing and, for paid orders, creating and printing the order at our location.
• Resend — sending your order receipt and our internal order notification email.
• Supabase — securely storing order records so we can fulfill and reconcile orders.
• Vercel — hosting our website.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill your order and for our business and record-keeping purposes, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the personal information we hold about your orders by contacting us at the address below.
