These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you place an order with Muscle Fit Irwin ("we," "us") through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders

When you submit an order and complete payment, you are making a request to purchase the items you selected for pickup. We prepare orders for pickup at our location. Order details you provide (items, options, pickup time, and notes) are used to prepare your order.

Payment

Payment is collected at checkout through Clover's hosted checkout. Prices are shown before you pay and are recalculated on our server from current menu pricing; the amount you are charged is the amount shown at checkout. Prices and menu availability may change at any time.

Pickup, changes, and refunds

• Orders are prepared for pickup at the time and location indicated at checkout.
• If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible using the details below — we will do our best to accommodate before preparation begins.
• Refunds for cancelled or unfulfilled orders are handled directly through Clover. Contact us to arrange a refund.

Food and allergens

Our items are prepared in a shared kitchen and may come into contact with common allergens. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us before ordering. You are responsible for reviewing your order for accuracy at pickup.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muscle Fit Irwin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or your order. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
